Most private clients in Dubai book entertainment for a reason: their villa or apartment is the venue, their guest list is set, and they want the evening to feel smooth. That means sound gear that works, performers who know the room, and someone who keeps time so the party does not feel like a production.
Our job is to put together entertainment that fits your space and your guest count. A small gathering in a Dubai Marina apartment needs different gear than a villa in Emirates Hills. A yacht party needs a performer who can work on a smaller stage. We know the difference.

Rooftop and yacht parties need performers who can work in wind and limited space. Fire shows work best outdoors and need venue approval. Desert camps work well with tanoura and live musicians because the acoustics are open.

3. How to book performers for your villa or house partyHow to book performers for your villa or house party
The first step is to tell us three things: your date, your venue or area, and how many guests you are expecting. That tells us whether you need a larger sound system, whether parking or setup space is tight, and what kind of performers will work.
Second, choose whether you want one of our ready-made packages or a custom lineup. A package saves time and money. A custom lineup is better if you have a specific theme, want particular performers, or need performers for longer than our standard sets.
We will send you a proposal with performer names, set lengths, sound requirements and a price.
One tip: book four to six weeks out if you can. Peak dates fill quickly.

We offer three fixed packages designed for different party sizes and budgets. Each package is ready to go and includes all sound equipment and performers. Prices are base rates. The final quote depends on your date, location, and how long you want performers to stay.

All packages include sound equipment and performer setup. Fire shows are outdoor only and require venue approval. Tanoura requires adequate space and clearance for props. We will confirm all technical details when you book.
Beyond these packages, we also book individual acts. A DJ-only booking works for smaller budgets. A tanoura dancer with live musician is popular for themed and cultural events. Live bands are available for longer events. We also book LED dancers, samba performers, flamenco dancers, snake dancers, floating chandelier shows, flash mobs, capoeira, and singers.

Private party venues in Dubai vary, and so do their rules.
Villas. Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches and Jumeirah villas usually have the most space and fewest restrictions. Outdoor garden areas work well for fire shows and tanoura. Music hours depend on the community. Confirm with your community management before booking.
Apartments and rooftops. Dubai Marina and Downtown apartments often have noise curfews. Some buildings require community approval for private entertainment. Rooftop parties are popular but space is tighter, so we send smaller sound systems and dancers who can work close quarters. Wind can be a factor on high floors.
Hotel private dining rooms. Hotels allow entertainment in private dining spaces. A live saxophonist, violinist or live musician works better than a full DJ setup because space is limited and sound travels. Confirm the venue's sound limits before booking.
Yachts. Yacht parties need performers who can work on a small stage, handle movement and wind, and fit into compact cabins. A DJ and one or two dancers is the standard. Not all acts work on water; we will advise.
Desert camps. Desert venues allow louder music and fire shows. Tanoura and live musicians work beautifully here because the open space carries sound well.

6. Lead time and what to send usLead time and what to send us
Book as early as you can. Four to six weeks is ideal for peak dates or if you want a specific performer. Two to three weeks is usually possible unless it is a weekend in wedding season. Bookings inside one week depend on who is free.
When you are ready to book, send us the following:
- Event date and time window (when you want performers to arrive and leave)
- Venue name, area or address (Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina, etc.)
- Guest count
- Preferred package or list of acts you like (DJ, dancers, musicians, etc.)

What is the minimum booking for private party entertainment in Dubai?
Our smallest package is AED 3,000 for a DJ and belly dancer (2 hours). That includes sound equipment and setup. If you want a single act like just a DJ or just one dancer, we can quote that separately. Minimums do vary by performer and date.
Can we hire a performer for just one hour?
Most performers work in sets of 30 minutes to 2 hours. A single 30-minute set is possible but our packages are built for longer evenings because setup and travel time stay the same. Ask when you request a quote. Short bookings may have a minimum charge.
Do you provide entertainment in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We book performers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi venues have different rules than Dubai, and travel to Abu Dhabi can add to the price. Tell us your Abu Dhabi location when you book and we will include that in the quote.
Can we book a fire show for an apartment balcony?
No. Fire shows are outdoor only and require venue approval and open space. Most apartments and balconies are not approved for fire. Villas with gardens and desert venues are the right fit. Check with your venue first, then ask us.
What happens if a performer cancels close to the event?
If a booked act cannot make it, we work to replace them with someone of the same skill level. We tell you straight away so you can agree the change. Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation.
Do you provide sound equipment only, or do we need to bring our own speakers?
All packages include professional sound equipment, DJ decks or microphones. You do not need to bring anything except your playlist if you want to mix it with the DJ's set. We handle all setup and takedown.
